I’m back! I will be posting some recent scans i’ve made soon. This winter has been so draining and now spring is here (yeah right) I should be ramping up postings.

In the meantime enjoy this cool Zardoz image I came across. I’m just about to finish the novel of the film by John Boorman, it’s exactly like the movie but I found the imagining the film through the book a lot more fulfilling.

The 1974 film itself is a test of ones will to watch but I really do like it. I was about to buy a copy of it on DVD the other day but I held off. I would really like to see this on Blu-ray.

Photo Size Issue

I’m going to take a break for a bit.

There seems to be a issue with Tumblr’s new UI. When I upload an image I want it to be as big as the original (actual size). If you click on and image you should be taken to a page of said image and if you click it again you’ll end up on that white page where you would see a magnify glass and then you can click on that image and see a bigger size.

That doesn’t seem to be the case now. There was an option- “enable hi res photos” in the customize theme/advance page, its not there anymore, at least I think there was one. I’m also not sure if it’s something to do with my theme but I don’t think so.

I know absolutely nothing about HTML so I can’t figure out if I need to add/change something in the theme.

So, I will try to resolve this ASAP but I think i’m SOL. I always hate where sites change their UI (google, facebook, etc) thinking they are making it much more easier for people but completely remove functions that ruin it enjoyment in the first place.

I just scanned some things that I really want to upload too. humph!

October kicked my ass. I’ll be scanning some new (old) material soon, in the meantime here is some coolness i’ve come across.

p.s. most of the images that don’t allow you to click and open to a full image should be full and large if you right-click and open in new tab (we’re all about delusions of grandeur here at the Universe). Or go to the link and visit the persons page, which you should do anyway to support those people who bring you all such wonderful sound and vision.

I’ve been very busy these last couple of weeks. Went to NYCC and then back the following weekend to NY for the Ashley Wood and Jeremy Geddes show at Jonathan Levine Gallery (jonathanlevinegallery.com). Go if you can, fucking awesome!

I hope to have some fresh stuff of my own to post other than images from other blogs/tumblrs and whatnot.
